Flexibility Measurements

Here you can find a table displaying the Metric Details in the EGYM Ecosystem, including the name, class and min and max values.

The min and max values for flexibility in measurements refers to the range of motion or angular displacement that a joint or body part can achieve during a specific exercise or movement. These values are predefined limits that help guide users in their workout routines and ensure they perform exercises within a safe and effective range.

MetricDescription
MinRepresents the starting point or the least amount of movement allowed for a particular exercise on an EGYM flex machine. It indicates the point at which the joint or body part is in its most contracted or flexed position.
MaxThe maximum value, on the other hand, signifies the furthest extent or range of motion that the joint or body part can reach during the exercise. It represents the fully extended or stretched position.
